KAREN T. SEDRAKYAN

Karen T. Sedrakyan was born in 1982 in Yerevan.

In 2004 he graduated from the Faculty of Commerce and Merchandising of the Armenian State Institute of Economy.

In 2007 he graduated from the Institute of Economic Studies of the RA Ministry of Finance and Economy and received a ranking of candidate of economic sciences.

In 2002-2005 he worked as an associate expert at the department of financial planning of budget expenses of the RA Ministry of Finance and Economy.

In 2005-2006 he worked as a leading expert at the division of budgetary capital expenses and financial planning of budgetary expenses in branches of material production of the department of financial planning of budgetary expenses of the staff of the RA Ministry of Finance and Economy.

In 2006-2008 he worked as a leading expert at the division of monitoring of the state budget and budget organizing of the RA Ministry of Finance and Economy.

In 2008-2009 he worked as deputy head of the division of trade and services of the RA quarter district of Arabkir.

Karen Sedrakyan has been working as executive manager of the RA Ministry of Diaspora since August 2009.

He has authored a number of scientific articles.
