The Division of Repatriation of the Department of Repatriation and Investigations:

-develops the “Draft of the concept on regulation of repatriation”,

-develops the RA law on “Repatriation”,

-studies different countries’ legislation on repatriation,

-prepares legal documents on repatriation,

-develops various programs for repatriation,

-coordinates corresponding investigations on issues concerning repatriation by other state bodies and educational institutions,

-participates in organizing and implementing projects promoting repatriation.
