Division of Relations with Pan-Armenian and International Organizations

The Division of Relations with Pan-Armenian and International Organizations of the Department of Relations with Pan-Armenian, International and Church Organizations of the RA Ministry of Diaspora is a structural subdivision of the staff of the Ministry of Diaspora.

The division carries out the following functions by the order established by RA legislation and according to the Ministry’s charter to implement its goals and objectives:

-studies the history of pan-Armenian and international organizations and the issues concerning the current state,

-coordinates the cooperation between pan-Armenian and international organizations in the Republic of Armenia,

-participates in Armenian programs organized by pan-Armenian and international organizations, as well as supports the public, political, scientific, educational and cultural events

-establishes contacts with heads of pan-Armenian and international organizations (representatives),

-develops joint programs with pan-Armenian and international organizations

-creates links with Diaspora Armenian communities and organizations in the corresponding sphere,

-participates in the process of annual budgeting

-forms and presents corresponding documents on conducting and analyzing investigations on Diaspora Armenian communities, identifying issues and needs and creating perspective proposals,

-develops advocacy programs in communities along with other departments of the Ministry

-organizes receptions for representatives of pan-Armenian and international organizations, makes mutual visits and participates in the discussions and recaps of the issues,

-supports the activities of pan-Armenian and international organizations aimed at preservation of Armenian identity, as well as preservation, development and dissemination of cultural heritage.
