Speech by RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan at the Pan-Armenian Forum of Artists
The solemn opening ceremony of the Pan-Armenian Forum of Artists was held on September 7. Attending the opening were RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, President of the RA National Academy of Sciences Radik Martirosyan and over 160 artists participating in the forum.
RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan gave her opening remarks during the ceremony.
